Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 4, 2026
This policy explains what information Remodeling Houses (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, how we use it and the choices you have. If you have a question about it, call us at (910) 633-8159 or email rrremodlesolution@gmail.com.
Information you give us
When you request a free estimate, our forms ask for:
- details about your project (the type of work, its size and when you would like to start)
- your town or ZIP code, so we can check that we serve your area
- a photo of the space, if you choose to add one
- your first name, phone number and, if you choose, your email address and any notes
If you start a form and do not finish it, the answers you have already entered may be saved so we can see where people get stuck and, where you gave contact details, follow up on your request.
Information collected automatically
When you use a form we also record the page you were on, the page that sent you to our site, how long the form took and a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address. We use the hashed address only to limit spam and repeated submissions; we do not store your raw IP address with your request.
Photos you upload are resized, and camera data such as GPS location is removed.
How we use your information
We use the information you send to contact you about your project, prepare and schedule your estimate, do the work you hire us for, and keep the website working and free of spam. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Your request is stored on our website and emailed to our team. We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and our business (such as our web host and email provider), or when the law requires it.
To display fonts and the service-area map, pages on this site load files from Google Fonts, unpkg.com (map software) and Esri (map tiles). These services receive your IP address and basic browser information when your browser requests those files, under their own privacy policies.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site may use basic cookies or browser storage that it needs to work, for example to keep your place in a form.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests for as long as we need them to respond to you, carry out and support your project, and keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by calling (910) 633-8159 or emailing rrremodlesolution@gmail.com.
Children
This website is meant for adults planning work on their homes. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
